The problem is that rebbeca Will's "sister" is plotting to wipe out all topsoilers and take over the world and Will has to stop them

Tell me a little more about your setting. Describe what it looks like. Why is his sister plotting to wipe out all topsoilers? What are topsoilers?

top soilers are people that live above ground. the setting is an underground city of people it has an army a seperate government and a section of rich people and poor people. will's sister is trying to wipe out the topsoilers because the "styx" or the rulers of the city want to take over the land that is rightfully theirs.
