A protagonist is the main character in the story and the antagonist is the enemy who tries to see that the protagonist does not succeed in his/her goal/journey/plan. In my book I have 4 protagonists. Lucy, Susan, Edmund and Peter. The antagonist is the white witch. I know this because the white witch tries to capture and kill Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Peter and keep them from saving Narnia. I know that Lucy, Peter, Susan and Edmund are the protagonists because their goal is to save Narnia and the person who helps them is Aslan, the king of Narnia.

A protagonist is the main hero in the story. They are the good guys and they lead the quest. The antagonist is the villian, who trys to avenge or stop the protagonist. In THE MAGICAN {THE SECRETS OF THE IMMORTAL NICHOLAS FLAMEL}, the protagonist is Sophie and Josh, the twins of phropecy. They are to complete the prophecy and bring the world to peace and stop the Dark Elders. They are helped by a mentor, Nicholas Flamel, who tries to protect them. The antagonist in the story is Dr. John Dee, who tries to steal the Codex (Book of Abrahm the Mage) and bring back the Dark Elders, bringing turmoil the the Earth.

the protaganist is the main character or hero. usually the good guy in the story. which the story mainly focuses on them. the protagonist in the story would be will parry he is the one who killed a man and found the new world. an antagonist is usually portrayed as a bad guy the person that goes agianst the protaganist. that would be the people that will killed which would be treasure hunters for the goverment.
